About the Founder
Continually Learning Academy was founded by Dr. Kyle Lancaster, an educator and instructional innovation leader who has worked with teachers, school leaders, and higher education faculty to strengthen teaching, learning, technology use, assessment, and professional growth.
The Academy reflects his belief that meaningful improvement does not happen through one-time training alone. It happens when educators learn practical ideas, apply them consistently, and continue growing over time.
