Too often, professional development gives educators information but does not provide a clear path for implementation. Teachers leave with ideas, but not always with the structure, support, or next steps needed to apply them.
Continually Learning Academy was created to close that gap.
The goal is not to add another program to a school’s plate. The goal is to help educators take practical, research-informed steps that strengthen teaching, support students, and improve schools over time.

About the Founder
Continually Learning Academy was founded by Dr. Kyle Lancaster, an educator, instructional innovation leader, professor, and professional learning designer with experience across K–12 education, higher education, private schools, public schools, and statewide professional learning contexts, including work connected to the West Virginia Department of Education.
Dr. Lancaster has served as a middle school teacher, assistant professor, online learning leader, and professional development facilitator. His work has included teaching future educators, supporting faculty, designing courses, leading training on instructional technology, classroom assessment, virtual instruction, formative assessment, and helping educators move from ideas to practical implementation.
His background includes an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Instructional Design and Technology, an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction, and years of experience developing and delivering professional learning for teachers, school leaders, faculty, and future educators.
Continually Learning Academy was created to solve a common problem: professional development often gives teachers information, but not enough structure to turn that information into practice. The Academy provides practical modules, clear tracks, and implementation-focused support so schools can strengthen teaching, support students, and improve over time.
The goal is simple: professional learning that is practical enough to use, structured enough to scale, and focused enough to make a difference.
